Role: Senior Manager - Business Consulting PI - TMT - CNS - BC - Supply Chain & Operations

• Finance Consulting: Assisting clients in assessing and transforming their finance functions for improved performance and effectiveness, implementing service and cost improvement initiatives, and embedding performance management cultures.
• Business Transformation: A multidisciplinary competency encompassing transformation architecture, experience design, business design, and execution for large, multi-year programs.
• Supply Chain and Operations: Providing industry-specific, strategic, operational, and financial insights, leveraging digital technologies and strategic alliances to deliver better outcomes, drive operational performance, support sales growth, enhance cost competitiveness, minimize risk, and ensure operational resilience.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Manager for our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) practice, specifically within CNS - BC - Supply Chain & Operations in New Delhi. This role involves leading transformation programs focused on Robotics Process Automation (RPA) using tools like Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere, with UiPath/OpenSpan being a plus. Product development expertise to lead platform development and IP for EY is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams of process consultants and development teams in delivering transformation programs using RPA technologies.
• Contribute to platform development and intellectual property (IP) for EY.
• Demonstrate expertise in two or more of the following areas: Go to Market Strategy, Commercial Diligence, Business Planning, Internal Operations Performance Improvement, Global Sourcing.
• Manage consulting and technology-led transformation projects.
• Contribute to business development by building proposals and value propositions for client needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (preferably from a reputed institute).
• Experience: 8 to 9 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in consulting or industry.
• Domain Expertise: Significant expertise in at least three of the following areas: Business Transformation, Business Process Re-engineering, Market Assessment, Post-Merger Integration, Strategy and Business Planning, Sales and Marketing Improvement/Transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management/Transformation.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth domain knowledge in one or more of the following sectors: Consumer Products, Automotive, Diversified Industrial Products.
