Our Business Consulting service line, which includes Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting, helps clients reimagine their business purpose and models, drive growth, manage costs, respond to market pressures, and resolve operational challenges. This team specializes in innovation, strategy, business transformation, finance, supply chain, and operations, supporting large-scale programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process consultants and development teams in delivering transformation programs using robotics. Expertise in Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere is essential; OpenSpan/UiPath is preferred.
• Drive platform development and contribute to EY's intellectual property (IP).
• Demonstrate expertise in at least two of the following areas: Go-to-Market Strategy, Commercial Diligence, Business Planning, Internal Operations Performance Improvement, Global Sourcing.
• Manage consulting and technology-led transformation projects.
• Develop proposals and value propositions to meet client needs.

Qualifications:

• B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (preferably from a reputed institute with a strong academic record).
• 8 to 9 years of relevant post-qualification experience, ideally in consulting or industry, with significant expertise in at least three of the following: Business Transformation, Business Process Re-engineering, Market Assessment, Post-Merger Integration, Strategy and Business Planning, Sales and Marketing Improvement/Transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management/Transformation.
• In-depth domain knowledge in one or more sectors such as Consumer Products, Automotive, or Diversified Industrial Products, with expertise in at least one.
