Senior Manager

Role Overview:

• Lead software engineering teams with 12-18 years of experience in designing scalable solutions for internal operations.
• Demonstrate expertise leading Engineering Managers or Tech Leads across multiple teams to deliver new features and system enhancements.
• Hold an advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, coupled with deep knowledge of software development methodologies, cloud platforms, and security practices.
• Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence for the Software Development Lifecycle while ensuring accurate planning and sizing across distributed teams.
• Solve complex technical issues by addressing root causes efficiently.
• Hire, coach, and develop high-performing technical teams beyond individual engineering capabilities.
• Lead initiatives in micro frontend/microservice architectures with strong backend skills including REST API design.
• Show hands-on proficiency in ASP.NET, ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL Server, AWS or Azure for cloud-native applications, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Foster collaboration within Agile Scrum environments across multiple squads using Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
• Bring valuable experience from insurance technology or SaaS product domains to scale teams in globally distributed settings.
