Business Consulting partners with clients to reimagine business models, drive growth, manage costs, respond to market pressures, and resolve operational challenges. This includes innovation, strategy, and purpose, supported by deep functional expertise in business transformation, finance, supply chain, and operations, managing complex, large-scale programs.

Key areas of focus include:

• Finance Consulting: Transforms finance functions for improved performance and effectiveness, implementing service and cost improvements, and embedding performance management.
• Business Transformation: A multidisciplinary competency encompassing transformation architecture, experience design, business design, and execution for large-scale, multi-year programs.
• Supply Chain and Operations: Delivers strategic, operational, and financial insights, leveraging digital technology and alliances to improve operational performance, support sales growth, enhance cost competitiveness, minimize risk, and ensure resilience.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• In-depth domain knowledge in one or more areas and expertise in at least one sector: Automotive, Consumer Products, Diversified industrial products, Metals and Mining, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, technology, BFSI.
• Expertise in the Finance function: processes, data analysis, roles, operating model, governance, and performance management.
• Expertise in at least three of the following: process and controls optimization, Shared Services, finance function consolidation/integration, working capital optimization, financial close process optimization, performance management and dashboard creation, planning, budgeting, and Forecasting.
• Experience in Finance transformation projects, including design and deployment, preferably with enabling technology.
• Lead teams in transformation programs using robotics; experience with Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere is essential; OpenSpan/UiPath is preferred.
• Product development experience is highly preferred for leading platform development and EY IP.
• Expertise in two or more of the following: Go-to-Market Strategy, Commercial Diligence, Business Planning, Performance Improvement of Internal Operations, Global Sourcing.
• Experience managing consulting/technology-led transformation projects.
• Strong experience in business development, including proposal building and value proposition development.

Skills and attributes

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (preferably from a reputed institute with a good academic background).

Experience

• 8 to 9 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably from consulting or industry, with significant expertise in at least three of the following areas: Business transformation, Business process re-engineering, Market assessment, Post-merger integration, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Marketing improvement/transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management/transformation.
• In-depth domain knowledge and expertise in at least one sector: Consumer Products, Automotive, Diversified industrial products.
