About the Role

We are seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer at Brightly Software to architect, develop, and operate end-to-end machine learning infrastructure on AWS. You will bridge ML engineering, cloud infrastructure, and developer productivity to enable seamless transitions from experimentation to secure, cost-efficient production systems.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• ML Platform & Infrastructure (AWS-focused): Design and operate development platforms using Amazon SageMaker, S3, Glue, Lambda, ECS/EKS. Implement IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation and orchestrate workflows via Step Functions or Airflow.
• Data Pipelines: Build automated ingestion/transformation pipelines (S3, EMR/Spark) integrating data quality tooling like Great Expectations.
• CI/CD for ML: Develop robust pipelines with CodeBuild/Pipeline/GitHub Actions, featuring model validation and canary deployments.
• Deployment & Operations: Deploy real-time endpoints (SageMaker/FastAPI) and batch jobs. Define SLOs, implement autoscaling, and optimize costs/performance.
• Monitoring & Governance: Implement production monitoring for drift/bias using SageMaker Model Monitor, CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana. Enforce security best practices (IAM, VPC isolation).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists to productionize models. Integrate emerging GenAI workloads including Amazon Bedrock and RAG pipelines.
