About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Remote) on a full-time basis. This is an equal opportunity role with competitive compensation ranging from $150,000 to $250,000 USD equivalent.

Role Overview

You will lead the design, training, and deployment of ML systems in production, combining deep machine learning expertise with strong software engineering skills. You will own models from research through scaled inference.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models at production scale.
• Lead architecture decisions for training, evaluation, and inference pipelines.
• Build evaluation frameworks and monitoring for model quality and drift.
• Partner with data engineering on training data pipelines and feature stores.
• Mentor junior ML engineers and contribute to best practices in the field.
• Stay current on research and bring proven techniques into production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with a track record of ownership at scale.
• Strong Python skills and deep expertise with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience training and serving models at scale, including deep learning, LLMs, or classical ML.
• Hands-on proficiency with cloud ML infrastructure such as AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Databricks, or similar platforms.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals including testing, code review, and system design.
