About This Role
Join our agile team in Consumer and Community Banking as a Senior Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase. You will be central to building, enhancing, and delivering secure, stable, and scalable market-leading technology products.
Your Responsibilities:
- Execute creative software solutions involving design, development, and troubleshooting using non-conventional approaches to solve complex technical problems.
- Develop high-quality production code in Java/Spring/AWS while debugging and reviewing peer work.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices (coding review, refactoring, test acceleration) within the SDLC/TLM toolchain.
- Leverage AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB) to build cloud-native applications.
- Design and implement distributed microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Apache Kafka for real-time data pipelines.
- Mentor engineers, lead architecture evaluations with external vendors/startups, and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
