Senior Lead Engineer

We are looking for a seasoned Java Full Stack Technical Lead with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and Core Java. The ideal candidate should possess full-stack development experience using React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS on the front end and Java Spring Boot / Node.js (Express), Microservices on the back end.
Key Responsibilities:
Techical Leadership: Lead a team of developers, provide expert technical guidance on architecture, and ensure quality delivery. Application Development: Design scalable applications, build RESTful APIs, develop database schemas for MySQL/PostgreSQL, and optimize performance. Production Support: Debug issues with strong analytical skills. DevOps & CI/CD: Manage pipelines using Jenkins/Git/Maven. Quality & Standards: Oversee testing frameworks like JUnit/Mockito and conduct code reviews.
Required Skills:
- 8-10 years of full-stack experience (React, TypeScript, Java Spring Boot).
- Strong Core Java proficiency (Multithreading, Streams, etc.).
- Experience with AWS services (ECS, EKS, S3) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools like Github Co-pilot.
