Java Developer (Senior Level)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Java Developer with over a decade of expertise in designing, architecting, and deploying scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of modern Java ecosystems, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and best practices for coding security and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architectural planning of enterprise-grade Java solutions.
• Define and enforce industry-best practices for code quality, system design, and operational performance.
• Architect and build robust applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Integrate complex application stacks with major databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and third-party external APIs.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional development teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to engineering teams.
• Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, cloud-ready (AWS/Azure), and optimized for high availability.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in Java/J2EE development with a focus on enterprise environments.
• Core Skills: Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and asynchronous messaging patterns.
• Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Databases & Systems: Solid background in relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and distributed system concepts.
• DevOps Exposure: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills essential for mentoring junior developers.
