Senior Java Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies, time/cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology assessments, applications development, and model development.
• Monitor and control all phases of the development process including design, construction, testing, implementation, and user support.
• Utilize expertise in applications development to analyze complex problems and evaluate business/system processes against industry standards.
• Recommend security measures based on post-implementation analysis to ensure successful system functionality.
• Consult with clients/technology groups on advanced programming solutions and assist customer exposure systems.
• Serve as an advisor/coach to new or lower-level analysts, exercising independence of judgment.
• Maintain ethical standards and compliance with laws/regulations while safeguarding Citigroup's reputation and assets.

Qualifications:

• 7-12 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and programming.
• Experience managing successful projects.
• Knowledge of consulting/project management techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure with changing requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Tech Stack:

Hands-on experience required in: JAVA, SPARK, Big-Data, Oracle, Autosys. Knowledge of Agile processes is essential.
