Senior Java Developer

Synechron Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Senior Java Developer with expertise in Spring and Microservices for its Gurgaon/Gurugram location. This permanent full-time position requires a candidate with 6 to 8 years of relevant Java development experience to lead the design and implementation of scalable applications. The role involves mentoring junior developers, collaborating with stakeholders, optimizing applications, and contributing to architectural decisions. Key technical skills include Java (Core and Advanced), Spring Framework, Microservices Architecture, AWS, build tools (Maven, Gradle), JPA, JMS, JUnit, CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Stash), and IntelliJ IDEA. Experience with Kubernetes, Splunk, and SonarQube is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
