Senior Java Developer

Konrad is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our highly skilled development team in Gurugram, Haryana. This role involves contributing to the development and delivery of both consumer and enterprise web applications using Java and Spring Boot. You will collaborate within a software development team, writing maintainable, testable, and performant code. Key responsibilities include participating in code reviews, conducting extensive testing, researching new technologies, and communicating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality, maintainable, testable, and performant software in Java.
• Collaborate with a world-class team on web application development.
• Participate actively in code reviews and perform thorough testing.
• Research and share findings on new technologies and tools.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building and delivering modern production-grade web applications in a team environment.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming with Spring Boot or Spring Cloud.
• Experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
• Deep understanding of modern web application components, including APIs, data storage, design patterns, optimization, caching, and security.
• Fundamental knowledge of core web principles (HTTP, DOM, SSL, web servers).
• Fluency with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a drive for delivering exceptional work.
• Enthusiasm for improving software development workflows and processes.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Familiarity with GraphQL, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
