Senior IT Software Developer

We are seeking a Senior IT Software Developer to join our dynamic international team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable frontend applications and components. You will translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code, ensuring seamless integration with backend services and REST APIs, while upholding stringent standards for code quality, performance, and scalability. A key aspect of this position involves integrating AI-powered features into the user experience. You will collaborate with architects and product owners to transform business requirements into robust technical solutions, establish frontend standard processes, and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI frameworks, to shape our frontend tech stack. This role also involves working with globally distributed teams and supporting the resolution of production and field issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable frontend applications and components.
• Convert UI/UX design into clean, high-quality frontend code.
• Ensure smooth integration with backend services and REST APIs.
• Maintain high code quality, performance, and scalability standards.
• Integrate AI-powered features into the frontend user experience.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish and promote frontend standard processes.
• Evaluate new technologies, including AI frameworks, and help build the frontend tech stack.
• Work with globally distributed teams and support the resolution of production and field issues.

Required Expertise:

• 7–12 years of experience in frontend development for enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular and React, Python.
• Experience with Micro-frontend architecture, including remote modules and shared libraries.
• Solid grasp of proven principles, design patterns, and frontend architecture.
• Experience building responsive, accessible, and internationalized user interfaces.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
• Experience with frontend performance optimization (Lazy loading, Code splitting, Caching, Efficient rendering, Event-driven updates like WebSockets and WebHooks).
• Experience with unit testing, mocking, and test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub.
• Experience maintaining code quality using code reviews and tools like SonarQube.
• Exposure to DevOps culture and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk).
• Excellent English interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and in team-based environments.
• Strong partner leadership skills (internal and external).
• Comfortable working in agile, globally distributed teams.
