Senior IT Security Analyst

Join Ramboll's IT Security department as a Senior IT Security Analyst in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. You will play a central role in developing, maintaining, and implementing our global information security management system. This role involves managing and developing Ramboll’s global cyber and information security program as part of a team of skilled security professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing security awareness activities and mandatory training.
• Supporting and administering the policy approval and publishing workflow within the Information Security Management System.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Creating and implementing guidance and tools for business functions to comply with the Information Security Management System.
• Conducting regular reviews of policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure current governance.
• Assisting business units with administrative follow-up for cyber and information security plans.
• Regularly following up on IT system security plans, actions, and controls.
• Monitoring and measuring compliance with the information security management system and analyzing the external threat landscape to enhance security measures.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A 3-year undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g., Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science).
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience with processes, procedures, documentation, and/or quality management systems.
• Experience in writing and implementing global governance, and providing compliance support and guidance to business units.
• The ability to assist in developing, documenting, and maintaining policies, processes, procedures, and standards.
• Knowledge of Information Security Management systems based on ISO27001/27002 is advantageous.
• Familiarity with security best practices like CIS or NIST or SOC-2 is a plus.
• Knowledge of other best practice frameworks like LEAN or CMMI is an advantage.
