Senior IT Security Analyst

Join Ramboll India's IT Security department as a Senior IT Security Analyst in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. You will play a central role in developing, maintaining, and implementing our global information security management system. Your responsibilities include managing security awareness activities and training, administering policy workflows, developing and implementing information security policies, procedures, and guidelines, and providing compliance support to business units. You will also conduct regular reviews of IT system security plans, monitor compliance with our information security management system, and track the external threat landscape to continuously improve our security posture.

We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in process management, documentation, or quality management systems. A 3-year undergraduate degree in a related field is required. Experience in writing and implementing global governance, providing compliance support, and maintaining policies and procedures is essential. Knowledge of ISO27001/27002, CIS, NIST, SOC-2, LEAN, or CMMI is advantageous. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role, along with the ability to manage expectations, structure complex tasks in an international environment, and adapt communication styles across different cultures.
