Full Job Description
Plative is seeking a Senior Integration Developer to lead complex iPaaS integration projects. In this role, you will design, implement, and deploy data-centric solutions across multiple industries and platforms, focusing on MuleSoft Anypoint and integration architecture. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading the design, development, and deployment of complex integration and API solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Translating business requirements into scalable technical integration architectures and implementation strategies.
- Facilitating technical workshops with clients to understand system landscapes, integration needs, and data flows.
- Owning end-to-end integration solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Developing reusable integration components, APIs, and middleware using MuleSoft, DataWeave, and related technologies.
- Analyzing data and designing real-time/batch integrations across cloud and enterprise systems.
- Mentoring junior developers and driving technical best practices.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client solutions with cross-platform integrations and process improvements.
- Troubleshooting complex issues, creating detailed documentation, and staying updated on emerging integration technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise integrations, with deep MuleSoft Anypoint expertise.
- Strong proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and DataWeave.
- Experience with AI-assisted development, API-led connectivity, and modern integration architectures.
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and other SaaS/ERP platforms.
- Two MuleSoft certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for scalable, data-driven integration solutions.
