Senior Integration Developer

We are seeking a Senior Integration Developer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing efficient, well-structured, maintainable, scalable, and easily understandable integration solutions. You will contribute to formulating effective best practices and standards for all integrations and play a key role in the firm's overall integration strategy.

Responsibilities include participating in project planning, communicating identified project risks and issues, and providing input to the change control process. You will collaborate with project managers and business analysts on technical aspects of integrations, including timelines, requirements, and deliverables. Engaging with stakeholders and presenting solutions to the Architect community for review is essential. You will lead meetings with business teams to understand requirements and collaborate effectively with cross-country teams.

The role involves supporting the deployment of developed integration solutions, resolving integration issues, and implementing change requirements through a structured change control process. You will also resolve defects and performance problems identified during testing, and monitor/maintain the Boomi environment. Assisting in building out Baker Tilly’s integration framework is a key aspect of this position. Excellent written and verbal communication, multitasking, and time-management skills are required.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Boomi certification preferred) and a minimum of 3 years of data integration experience (Boomi experience preferred). Experience with JavaScript or Groovy scripting is necessary. You should have experience integrating with Workday, Salesforce, and SQL Server, as well as with SOAP, REST, and webhooks. Knowledge of Java, Powershell, SSIS Packages, and C# / VB.Net Console Apps is preferred, along with an understanding of data formats like XML, JSON, and CSV. Experience with Boomi integrations and other Boomi services, particularly Boomi Data Hub, is highly desirable.
