Upnet Software Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst with a focus on Work From Anywhere (WFO) environments. This role is crucial for implementing, operating, and maintaining the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in alignment with ISO/IEC 27000, PCI, and HITRUST standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leveraging experience with tools such as SonarQube, CheckMarx, Qualys, OpenVAS, Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Azure Policy Management.
• Reporting on Information Security performance to senior management.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Designing and overseeing compliance monitoring and improvement activities to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Managing both external and internal vulnerability assessments for servers, network devices, and endpoint systems.
• Updating process, procedure, and policy documents based on feedback and evolving requirements.
• Coordinating information security risk assessments across various functions.
• Organizing and conducting Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT Disaster Recovery (DR) drills.
• Reviewing and remediating security alerts and issues.
• Performing periodic security functions related to nIDS, hIDS, AV, SEIM, Log Management, and Vulnerability Scans.
• Enforcing information security policies and procedures through the review of security violation reports, investigation of security exceptions, and documentation of security controls.
• Assisting in the research, development, continuous improvement, and implementation of security policies, procedures, standards, and processes, adhering to compliance requirements and industry best practices.
• Researching, recommending, and remediating security issues identified in security scans or incidents.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in information security and a strong understanding of WFO security challenges.
