Perkins Eastman, a global architectural design practice committed to positively impacting the human experience through design, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager for its West Coast operations. This strategic role will act as a key partner to the West Coast and Central Region talent population, driving employee experience and aligning business objectives with robust people strategies. Responsibilities include serving as a senior strategic advisor to studio and department leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent optimization; translating business priorities into actionable people strategies for growth and operational excellence; partnering on change management initiatives; building trusted relationships; providing expert guidance on employee relations, including complex investigations and conflict resolution; fostering a culture of transparency, inclusion, accountability, and psychological safety; evaluating team structures and capacity; supporting strategic workforce planning and succession planning in project-driven environments; championing innovative HR programs; upholding firm values and culture; overseeing engagement, recognition, and retention programs; supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives; interpreting and applying HR policies; partnering with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent; and leveraging HR analytics for insights. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in San Francisco, CA.
