Full Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team, specifically supporting our Technology and Product divisions. This role presents a unique opportunity to deeply understand our business objectives and collaborate closely with our Tech/Product teams to develop and implement innovative talent strategies and operations, all while maintaining a strong Tech-first ethos.
As part of our evolving People team, you will play a crucial role in reshaping how we own key aspects of organizational health, including organizational design, talent quality, and employee engagement, going beyond mere enablement. This position offers significant scope for creativity while ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in cultivating high-performing teams, the bedrock of any successful organization. You will partner intimately with business leaders to grasp their goals and priorities, subsequently implementing effective solutions that align with People team objectives to build a winning team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Tech/Product leadership to understand business goals and align on priorities that enhance talent density, team effectiveness, and culture.
- Coach leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, and team development initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of organizational models and workforce plans that facilitate scalable and efficient growth.
- Shape future-ready organizational structures that align with our business strategy and AI-first vision.
- In partnership with relevant teams, lead and deliver critical talent and culture programs, including leadership assimilation, capability building, new hire orientation, performance cycles, recognition programs, and cultural celebrations.
- Partner with Talent Development (HR COE) to implement tailored talent strategies for the assigned business unit.
- Ensure the seamless execution of cyclical HR processes and initiatives in collaboration with COE teams.
- Regularly engage with employees and leverage survey findings to identify opportunities for enhancing employee experience and engagement.
- Utilize people analytics and sound judgment to identify key trends, anticipate issues or opportunities, and drive data-informed decisions and actions.
- Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of people data across HR systems to ensure reliable reporting and planning.
