Senior HR manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee the complete HR function at Mobolutions in Chennai. This pivotal role involves driving end-to-end HR operations and generalist activities, ensuring excellence in employee lifecycle management, process automation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in HR operations, employee relations, payroll coordination, and strategic HR initiatives. Responsibilities include managing onboarding, documentation, HRIS, payroll, attendance, leave management, benefits administration, and full compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, gratuity, POSH, Shops & Establishment Act). Additionally, the role involves leading employee engagement, retention, performance management, and succession planning while collaborating closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational growth. The successful candidate will mentor the HR team, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and governance standards. This is a full-time, in-office position in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
