About the Project

We are looking for experienced designers to demonstrate professional design workflows through tutorial-style screen recordings.

Tasks You May Demonstrate

• Conducting a UX audit and identifying usability issues.
• Designing or improving user interface screens.
• Creating or refining a design system.
• Developing professional graphic layouts, visual assets, or interactive prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Complete a practical design task using professional design software.
• Record your screen for 25–30 minutes.
• Explain your design choices, iterations, usability considerations, and creative decisions.
• Demonstrate professional design judgment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Access to a Mac with an Apple M-series chip or newer.
• Mandatory Clear spoken English narration.
