Senior Golang Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Golang Engineer to join our high-performance engineering team. In this role, you will architect and maintain mission-critical backend services and microservices that power our core platforms within a culture valuing clean code, high concurrency, and scaling.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable microservices using Go for high-throughput performance.
• Lead end-to-end development including concurrent programming patterns like goroutines and channels.
• Refactor and optimize existing services focusing on speed and efficient memory management.
• Integrate RESTful, GraphQL, and gRPC APIs within event-driven architectures with cross-functional teams.
• Leverage Docker and Kubernetes to manage containerized environments and ensure seamless CI/CD workflows.
• Implement comprehensive observability using Prometheus/Grafana and rigorous testing strategies for 99.9% uptime.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with deep mastery of Golang.
• Strong grasp of Go's internals, concurrency patterns, and memory management.
• Proven experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis with skills in query optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines like GitLab CI, ArgoCD, and observability frameworks such as OpenTelemetry.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Compensation

Pay: ₹487,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
