About the Role

Join Huron's AI Tech Team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer! You will help build innovative, enterprise-ready applications that bring cutting-edge AI solutions to life. Working within cross-functional delivery pods, you'll collaborate closely with AI Engineers, Solution Architects, business stakeholders, and consulting teams.

Your goal is to rapidly translate complex business problems into practical, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment requiring strong technical capability and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack applications powering Huron's AI and analytics solutions.
• Develop and deploy reusable tools/frameworks to enhance solution delivery across consulting teams.
• Create intuitive front-end interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar frameworks.
• Build robust backend services and APIs in Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask), integrating with data systems.
• Implement secure authentication and system integration across cloud environments like Azure and AWS.
• Apply DevOps and CI/CD practices for seamless deployment and monitoring.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Experience: 6 to 9 years in full-stack development.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in React/JavaScript/TypeScript and Python for backend; familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, Azure/AWS, CI/CD practices.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Languages: English (professional proficiency required for global client interaction).

Preferences

• Experience translating business workflows into technical solutions.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership in ambiguous problem spaces.
