Senior Full-Stack Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead to join our team. This role requires strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, proven leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and practical knowledge of AI/GenAI.

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Build high-quality frontend interfaces, robust backends, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Java Spring Boot, Python Django/FastAPI, etc.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) to optimize performance, security, and scalability.
• Drive system architecture design, technical decision-making, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely delivery of production-grade applications.
• Leverage practical AI/GenAI technologies including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering to build innovative solutions.

Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Angular/Vue. Backend: Node.js/Express/NestJS, Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django/FastAPI, PHP/Laravel. Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis. Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git version control.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack context.
• Demonstrated leadership or team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of system design principles, microservices architecture, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with production-grade applications, complex APIs, and diverse database systems.
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools and their application in software development workflows.

Salary Range: ₹14,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum (In-hand approx. based on performance).
