About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can take ownership of complex features, make sound technical decisions, and contribute across both frontend and backend development. You'll work on production applications and client projects using modern JavaScript, TypeScript, backend technologies, databases, and cloud solutions — contributing throughout the entire development lifecycle from planning to maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services.
• Develop modern frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and related technologies.
• Build and maintain backend APIs and services using Node.js, Python, or comparable technologies.
• Design and work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Participate in application architecture and technical planning.
• Translate product and business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code.
• Review pull requests and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Debug complex production issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Improve application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Work with cloud platforms and production deployment environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, clients, and company leadership.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers when needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who goes beyond simply completing assigned tickets. You're comfortable understanding the broader product and technical context, identifying potential issues early, proposing practical solutions, and owning your work from development through production. • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant full-stack focus.
• Strong professional experience with React and modern frontend development.
• Expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Proficient backend development with Node.js, Python, or comparable technologies.
• Solid understanding of REST API design and backend architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, or other relational databases.
• Ability to independently investigate and solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
