About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive platform engineering initiatives. This senior individual contributor role focuses on solution design, production software development, frontend architecture, cloud services, and integrating AI-enabled capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build robust backend services using Python and C#.
• Create dynamic frontend applications with Angular.
• Leverage AWS services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, EKS) to scale infrastructure.
• Integrate LLM-backed capabilities via APIs like Anthropic Claude and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce AI governance best practices for explainability and safety.

Tech Stack

You will work with Python, C#, PostgreSQL, Angular, AWS Cloud Services, LangChain/LangGraph frameworks, and various LLM APIs. Experience in evaluating technical trade-offs and reviewing AI-generated code is essential.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional software engineering experience shipping production-grade solutions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Python and C# with SQL/PostgreSQL expertise.
• Strong full-stack development skills using Angular.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, AWS Kiro) and agentic frameworks.
