Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with over 10 years of software development expertise to join our team in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern web and backend technologies.
• Build responsive UIs using React (v16+), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and NextJS.
• Develop robust backend services with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Design REST APIs and GraphQL services for seamless data integration.
• Work with SQL databases, primarily PostgreSQL, ensuring optimized data handling.
• Perform application monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning using Splunk, Azure KQL, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
• Operate in cloud-native environments including Azure, OpenShift, and AKS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines leveraging GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, and Docker.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams for sprint planning and delivery.

Mandatory AI & Productivity Expectations

This role requires the mandatory usage of enterprise-approved AI tools in daily development activities. Candidates must maintain a minimum weekly usage rate of 90% with platforms like GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI solutions to enhance coding efficiency, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in software development.
• Expertise in React (v18 preferred), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, NextJS.
• Hands-on experience with Java EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices patterns.
• Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, OpenShift Serverless, AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
• DevOps expertise using GitHub Actions, Docker containers, and Artifactory.
• Familiarity with observability tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure KQL.

Preferred Experience

• Domain exposure in Healthcare (Utilization Management, Prior Authorization, Care Management).
• Experience building large-scale enterprise applications and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with UI widgets and modular frontend architectures.
