Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Kohler Ventures in Pune, you will work directly with leadership to design scalable cloud-based web applications. You will drive requirements for hardware/software integration, coordinate on common service patterns, and improve code normalization across critical concerns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Software, engineering teams, and product groups.
• Design scalable web applications using cloud backends to support business growth.
• Lead efforts in understanding requirements for hardware/software convergence.
• Execute rollouts of common libraries, services, and design patterns across development teams.
• Improve code normalization across the critical codebase.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience (Senior Level).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and NodeJS.
• Solid understanding of REST API design and microservices architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
• Demonstrated web application security knowledge.
• Familiarity with NextJS and ReactJS for frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with CSS frameworks like Sass and responsive design implementation.
• Able to work outside standard hours for cross-timezone collaboration.
• Willingness to travel 10% domestically and internationally.

Mandatory Skills

NextJS, ReactJs, Headless CMS (Contentful), E-Commerce platform experience required.
