Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS/React Native, AWS, and AI-powered application development. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications while contributing to digital transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Design and build enterprise-scale full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and React Native.
• Create RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrate third-party services on AWS cloud platforms.
• Develop responsive web/mobile apps implementing secure coding practices.
• Prioritize AI/ML integration: build intelligent automation solutions, deploy GenAI workflows, and leverage modern AI ecosystems.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders in Agile environments (Scrum).
• Lead CI/CD implementation, optimize performance/scalability, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain technical documentation.

Your Expertise:

• 5-8 years of experience delivering enterprise applications with strong Java/Spring Boot backend skills.
• Familiarity with relational/NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL & MongoDB).
• Demonstrable experience designing AI-powered apps and integrating GenAI services into production environments.
• Proficiency in modern DevOps practices, containerization concepts, and cloud-native architecture on AWS or GCP.
