About the Role:

Reporting to your Technical Lead, you will deliver high-quality software on the Rosterfy stack as part of a growing SaaS engineering team. You'll contribute to platform architecture evolution, influence engineering practices, and ship features for world-class volunteer programs. This senior role emphasizes scalability, quality, documentation, and collaboration within an event-driven architecture transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver scalable full-stack features using Laravel/PHP, React/Next.js, and AWS
• Collaborate with QA, Product, and Design to ensure user impact
• Build APIs, integrations, and reusable components
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and system performance
• Maintain compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2) across multi-region platforms
