Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in Java, React, Node.js, Microservices, Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and Event-Driven Architectures. You will play a pivotal role in designing next-generation enterprise applications that serve millions of users.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web applications using the MERN/JAM stack combined with Spring Boot microservices.
• Build robust RESTful APIs and implement event-driven solutions leveraging Kafka and streaming technologies.
• Create, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines adhering to DevOps best practices (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready code.
• Drive initiatives for scalability, performance tuning, observability, and system reliability.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and champion engineering best practices within the team.
• Lead technical decision-making in architecture design and implementation strategies.

Must-Have Skills

• Experience: 7+ Years total software development (5+ Java, 2-3 Node.js/React preferred).
• Languages & Frameworks: Expert proficiency in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, React (State Management), and Node.js.
• Data & Messaging: Kafka for event streaming; SQL & NoSQL database management.
• Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency with Azure, AWS, or GCP; CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins/Azure DevOps.
• Methodologies: Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Docker & Containerization expertise.
  Grafana, Splunk, and Application Monitoring/Observability tools.
  Experience in the Healthcare domain (highly valued).
  Proven track record leading small teams or technical initiatives.
