Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an AI-first Senior Full Stack Engineer to own AEM builds end-to-end, frontend to backend. This role requires daily use of agentic AI tooling as your primary way of working and the ability to set up agents for a real codebase.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, code, test, document, and release using agentic tooling as default with engineering judgement as quality gate.
• Maintain repository context, rules files, reusable prompts, MCP integrations, and sub-agent patterns for the team.
• Review AI-generated output with human-level rigour; own all shipped code regardless of origin.
• Design AEM Sites components, templates, Sling Models across authoring and delivery tiers.
• Configure AEM Assets/Content Hub including DAM workflows and metadata schemas.
• Develop backend services in Java integrating AEM with CRM systems (Salesforce/Dynamics).
• Deliver AEM Headless solutions using Content Fragments, GraphQL, and Schema.org markup.
• Own delivery performance: Dispatcher/CDN caching, page weight, Core Web Vitals against budgets.
• Operate within AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), including Cloud Manager pipelines and Dispatcher configuration.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to AEM standards and AI playbooks.
