Senior Full Stack Engineer

Workato is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer in Hyderabad, India, to lead the development of innovative AI-powered applications. This hands-on technical lead role involves building robust Python-based backends, intuitive React frontends, and architecting scalable systems for high-throughput data and real-time AI model integration. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full stack AI applications, integrating AI models with seamless front-end user experiences.
• Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python.
• Develop clean, performant React.js components for modern web interfaces.
• Architect efficient and secure data workflows using PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, product managers, and DevOps to deploy AI models.
• Lead architecture discussions and establish engineering best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and foster engineering excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong frontend and backend skills.
• Expertise in Python, including building APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
• Proven experience with React.js for production-ready applications.
• Deep knowledge of REST API design and integration.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse or similar databases.
• Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models into applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, security, and system design.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
