Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack AI Engineer who can design, develop, deploy, and support cutting-edge AI-powered applications using an AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) approach. This role combines expertise in AI/ML engineering, Generative AI, modern frontend development, backend engineering, and cloud-native platforms to deliver scalable, secure, production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development & AIDLC:  - Develop and deploy AI-powered applications following best practices.
  - Translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions for the Bengaluru market.
  - Partner with Applied Scientists to operationalize machine learning and Generative AI.
• Full Stack Application Development:  - Build modern, high-performing user interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
  - Create reusable UI components and design patterns for consistency.
• AI/ML & Generative AI Engineering:  - Integrate LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Vector Search, and Agentic AI workflows into enterprise applications.
  - Develop intelligent assistants and workflow automation solutions.
• Platform Engineering & Production Operations:  - Build cloud-native services for scalable AI workloads on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  - Implement MLOps/LLMOps pipelines with robust monitoring and observability practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, Data Science, or related field.8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or full stack development.
• Solid expertise with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI concepts.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI copilots and conversational interfaces using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
  - Knowledge of vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB.
  - Experience in healthcare, financial services, insurance, or regulated industries.
