Senior Full Stack Engineer

TSV is partnering with a high-growth Health Tech company to hire a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Health Tech, PBM, or Prior Authorization domains. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in client-facing environments, excels at diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, and can set the technical standards for a fast-growing healthcare technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a client-facing engineering partner, translating technical issues and product needs into clear, actionable solutions.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve software issues across front-end (Kendo UI, JavaScript) and database-layer components.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and write advanced SQL queries to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and performance bottlenecks in Azure Cloud environments.
• Design, develop, and enhance new product features ensuring scalability and reliability aligned with Product requirements.
• Build and maintain API integrations supporting automation and workflow efficiency across systems.
• Optimize database stored procedures and cache mechanisms to improve execution speed.
• Monitor applications running in Azure Cloud for stability and performance tuning via indexing, partitioning, and caching strategies.
