Senior Full Stack Engineer

Requirements:

• 4+ years of shipping production web applications using Next.js: You must have built real products end-to-end and successfully shipped them at scale.
• Strong backend fundamentals including REST API design, relational data modeling in Postgres, authentication and multi-tenancy patterns, and background job architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI: You should have shipped features utilizing LLMs (tool calling, RAG, agents, structured output, evals) and be able to explain what went wrong and how you debugged it.
• AI-native workflow proficiency: Use tools like Claude Code or Cursor as your default working method every day. Plan, delegate, review, and verify AI thoughtfully.
• Very good communication skills with clear written English for async updates, technical specs, and PR descriptions; confidence in conversations with stakeholders; ability to raise risks early.
• An ownership mindset where you take ambiguous problems through to shipped, measurable outcomes.
• Daily proficiency living and breathing AI tools: Use AI daily for API design, debugging, code review, test coverage, and architectural thinking as your default way of working. By 2026, this is how strong engineers move fast; you need to already be doing it.
