Join Calendly's AI Scheduling team to build AI-native solutions that automate customer workflows. We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer skilled in modern frontend development (React, TypeScript) and robust backend architecture (Node.js, PostgreSQL). You will lead projects from discovery through launch for our highest-impact enterprise customers.
A Day in the Life
- Collaborate to build features targeting top-tier enterprise clients
- Contribute to platform scaling initiatives
- Partner with Product and Design to refine requirements
- Mentor team members and review implementation plans
What We Need From You
We are looking for a balanced fullstack engineer with strong product judgment. Requirements include:
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS or technology companies
- Proven track record in 0-to-1 product environments
- Mastery of React, TypeScript, and state management
- Experience designing REST/GraphQL APIs with Node.js or Ruby on Rails
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL schema design for performance
This role offers competitive compensation (ranging from $187k to $272k depending on location tier), equity, and benefits. Note: We do not provide immigration sponsorship at this time.
