Mindera is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer/Tech Lead for our Bengaluru, Karnataka, India location. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions using the Microsoft .NET technology stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable, high-performance applications, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure code quality through code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using the Microsoft .NET technology stack
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
• Contribute to the architectural decisions and technical designs of the software solutions
• Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the .NET ecosystem

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework
• Experience with front-end development technologies such as JavaScript and React
• Experience with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)
• Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (e.g., Git, SVN, and Mercurial)
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Experience in technically leading an Agile team
• Excellent experience in working in Agile teams that follow Agile principles and has a good knowledge of Agile. The Engineer should have an appreciation of Agile principles that goes beyond knowing what it is.
• Focus on quality as a core part of the engineering process, adopting Shift-Left development practices where Quality assurance is integrated from the inception of requirements. Experience leading teams that have adopted Shift Left methodology is advantageous.
