As a Senior Web Developer based in Ecil, Hyderabad, Telangana, you will be a key player in architecting, building, and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS), company website, AI-powered assessment engine, and AI-based CRM. You will lead the development cycle end-to-end—from planning and architecture to deployment and optimization.
You will also be responsible for hiring and mentoring junior developers, managing code quality, and ensuring high performance, reliability, and security of our web platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js) and Flask.
- Build and maintain our LMS, company website, and AI-driven assessment engine.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive, high-performance user interfaces, particularly leveraging Material UI.
- Integrate various APIs, including OpenAI, Cloudinary, and third-party EdTech tools.
- Ensure robust performance, responsiveness, and security across all platforms.
- Set up automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment practices.
- Manage and mentor a growing team of developers, including code reviews and enforcing best practices.
- Proactively identify and address technical debt, bugs, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack (flexible for exceptionally capable candidates).
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), developing RESTful APIs, MongoDB schema design, and understanding the React component lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Material UI or similar component-based UI libraries.
- Experience with version control systems like GitHub, API testing tools like Postman, and deployment workflows on platforms such as Hostinger, AWS, or VPS.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, including version control and branching strategies, CI/CD pipeline setup, server monitoring, log analysis, automated backups, and code optimization for performance.
- Experience managing domain, DNS, SSL, and reverse proxies.
- Basic experience with Linux server management and tools like PM2/Nginx.
- A demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to new technologies.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain) or chatbot development.
- Familiarity with MongoDB aggregation frameworks and performance tuning.
- Prior experience in the EdTech sector, specifically with LMS or assessment systems.
- Knowledge of payment gateway integrations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: ₹480,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
