Senior Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). You will design and develop scalable web applications, implement new features, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high quality and performance. Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate development is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design robust, scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate on technical specifications and implementation strategies.
• Build reusable components for efficiency and maintainability.
• Develop RESTful APIs with Node.js/Express to support frontend functionalities.
• Create responsive UIs for seamless cross-device experiences.
• Optimize performance through code reviews, best practices, and tuning.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure engineering excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Full Stack development with strong MERN stack focus.
• Proficiency in React.js, Redux for dynamic interfaces.
• Expertise in Node.js/NestJS backend architecture and database integration.
• Strong skills in PostgreSQL design, schema creation, and query optimization (Note: Job description mentions both MongoDB via 'MERN' title and PostgreSQL under qualifications).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Réact Native experience is a plus.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and using tools like GitHub Copilot/Cursor for development workflows.
