Full Job Description
UGX.AI seeks a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to spearhead the development of our distributed microservices architecture in Gurgaon. This role involves building high-performance APIs, managing complex data streams, and ensuring seamless infrastructure scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, resilient microservices.
- Optimize database performance and search capabilities.
- Lead the adoption of Pydantic for type-safe API data validation.
- Collaborate on system architecture and mentor junior developers through code reviews.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional Python development experience.
- A strong architectural understanding of scalability and system reliability.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile setting.
- Expertise in Python frameworks such as Django, DRF, FastAPI, and Django Ninja (with Pydantic).
- Experience with distributed systems, including Kafka for event-driven architectures and Celery for asynchronous tasks.
- Proficiency in SQL with PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch for high-speed indexing.
- In-depth knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.
- (Bonus) Experience integrating AI Agents or LLM workflows into production environments.
