Senior full stack developer

About the Role:

Narrior's Phase 1 platform currently operates on a lean, no-backend stack utilizing Framer, Tally, and WhatsApp. This critical role will lead the technical build-out toward Narrior's target backend architecture, laying the foundation for essential identity management, consent protocols, and health-data infrastructure while working alongside the existing no-code front end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build systems targeting Narrior's final backend architecture: focusing on identity/consent management, a secure health data layer, and eventual interoperability via APIs/FHIR/EHR standards.
• Architect systems with privacy and governance as first-class requirements — implementing role-based access, tenant isolation, audit trails, and built-in data retention/deletion workflows by design.
• Work alongside the existing Framer-based front end to integrate backend services without requiring a full front-end rebuild in the near term.
• Collaborate with the founder and (once appointed) the Clinical Safety Lead to ensure technical implementation reflects Narrior's safety and governance Architecture.
• Plan for future scalability toward multi-city and eventually multi-country deployment, inline with Narrior's "core + Localization Shell" model.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship as the engineering function grows.

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a candidate with 15+ years of full-stack development experience, including senior/lead technical ownership of at least one product from early stage through Scale. A strong background in identity, consent, and data privacy architecture is required; healthcare or regulated-data experience is strongly preferred.

Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR) is a significant advantage for this role.

You must be comfortable operating in a founder-led environment, layering robust backend systems under an existing lightweight/no-code front end. A pragmatic builder mindset — able to balance long-term architecture with the need for deployable Phase 1 solutions — is essential.
