About this Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer (m/w/d) to actively shape technical architecture decisions, optimize our Microservices/Kubernetes ecosystem for performance and security, and drive innovation in a fast-paced digital transformation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership: Make key technical and architectural decisions within the team.
• System Optimization: Enhance Microservices and Kubernetes infrastructure with a focus on performance, stability, and security.
• Full-Stack Development: Build modern applications using TypeScript/Node.js (NestJS), React/Vue.js/Next.js, REST APIs, GraphQL, and relational/NoSQL databases.
• KI & AI Integration: Proactively leverage advanced AI tools like Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, ChatGPT, Agentic AI, and LLMs to automate processes, develop new features, and optimize workflows.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Design, and business stakeholders.
• Innovation Culture: Participate in CI/CD automation, code quality assurance, and continuous learning within a flat-hierarchy team.

Your Profile:

• +5 Years Experience: Full-stack development with complex system landscapes.
• Tech Stack Mastery: TypeScript, Node.js (NestJS), Frontend frameworks, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, Docker/AWS/GCP.
• KI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and systems to drive efficiency and innovation.
