We Are Hiring: Senior Full Stack Developer in Mumbai
Join edobbon as our first senior in-house engineer to take full ownership of technology architecture, development, integrations, and production deployment. You will work directly with the founder building scalable solutions for real retail operations.
About The Role:
You will lead critical initiatives including Retail ERP & Data Integration (VasyERP APIs), Good Habbit Coffee Bank (secure prepaid memberships ledgers), edobbon Team App (mobile-first PWA dashboards), and Smart Retail Automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail ERP & Data Integration: Integrate VasyERP APIs, synchronize sales/inventory data, build background jobs, webhooks, retries, monitoring, and reconciliation systems.
- Coffee Bank Development: Create OTP-based prepaid membership packs, secure transaction ledgers with audit trails, and WhatsApp notifications.
- Team App & Dashboards: Build responsive PWA dashboards for sales, inventory, customer margins, and store performance metrics.
- Retail Automation: Automate stockout/expiry alerts, scheduled reports, and integrate WhatsApp Business messaging.
Tech Stack & Skills Required:
- Languages/Frameworks: React, Next.js, TypeScript (Frontend), Node.js + Server-side TS (Backend).
- Data & DB: PostgreSQL (design, indexing, migrations) and Supabase experience preferred.
- Security & Auth: OTP authentication, RBAC, Row-Level Security, Secrets management.
- Reliability: Ledger design, idempotency, concurrency handling, background jobs with retries/monitoring.
- DevOps: Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment strategies, structured logging.
Nice to Have:
- WhatsApp Business Platform experience (Interakt, Gupshup, Twilio).
- Retail ERP/POS integrations and Payment gateway expertise.
- Docker/cloud deployment knowledge.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
Who Should Apply?
We seek a professional with 4–7 years of hands-on development experience who has independently shipped production applications. You must understand backend architecture and system reliability beyond UI development. Clear communication skills to engage non-technical stakeholders are essential.
Your First 90 Days:
- Days 1–30: Establish architecture, security model, CI/CD, ERP integration prototype, and ledger foundation.
- Days 31–60: Pilot Coffee Bank at a kiosk, launch redemption flows with notifications, deliver team dashboards.
- Days 61–90: Strengthen reliability/monitoring, automate alerts, prepare for multi-location expansion.

Compensation: ₹12–18 LPA (₹82,000 - ₹113,000 per year).
