Senior Full Stack Developer

WIN Home Inspection is seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN) to join our expanding technology team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This role is ideal for a developer passionate about building scalable, cutting-edge products and applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Postgres, Express.js, and AWS. You will own features end-to-end, collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering teams, and contribute to high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable, responsive full-stack applications.
• Build robust RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Optimize application performance and maintain high code quality through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Streamline CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps and QA teams.
• Actively participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
• Identify and implement technical solutions to enhance user experience and backend efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in frontend development with React.js and Next.js.
• Solid backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and modern web architectures.
• Experience with Git, testing frameworks, and API documentation tools.
• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
