Senior Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute to our team focused on designing the look/feel/user experience and programming functionality of interactive web applications. You will work with cross-platform applications installed on remote servers, developed using standard web technologies like HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, ASP, Java, Perl, Python, C++, and scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET/Java/Python for the backend and Flutter/React for the frontend.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with clean and intuitive designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and unit test cases for both backend and frontend systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across the stack.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in software development and implement best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and merge request reviews of fellow team members, sharing knowledge effectively.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a full-stack developer with expertise in backend .NET development.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies including Flutter.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Solid knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience end-to-end Docker based configuration and deployment is a plus.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Ability to work effectively within multicultural and multinational teams.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS is essential.
