Senior Full Stack Developer

Sharpe Labs is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong frontend focus to join our dynamic team in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida. This role is pivotal in the end-to-end design, development, and optimization of high-performance web applications. You will be instrumental in building scalable, efficient, and high-quality solutions that prioritize performance, SEO, and responsiveness across the entire technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop High-Performance Applications: Build and optimize front-end applications, emphasizing speed, responsiveness, and low-latency user interactions.
• Ensure Low Latency and Efficient Rendering: Implement advanced rendering strategies, minimize bundle sizes, and utilize techniques like Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Edge Functions for superior performance.
• Create SEO-Friendly Solutions: Leverage Next.js SEO capabilities, enhance metadata, implement structured data, and utilize Open Graph tags to maximize search engine visibility.
• Build Mobile-Compatible Interfaces: Develop responsive and mobile-first UI/UX designs that provide a seamless experience across all devices and browsers.
• Maintain Code Quality and Best Practices: Adhere to clean coding principles, focus on performance optimization, and contribute to the development of end-to-end QA and testing tools.
• Work with Databases: Design, manage, and optimize databases, including MySQL and NoSQL solutions, ensuring efficiency, low latency, and fault tolerance.
• Backend Development: Implement robust backend logic using Express.js and related libraries, focusing on scalability and security.
• Data Visualization: Integrate and utilize charting libraries to create interactive and insightful data visualizations.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
• A solid understanding of SSR, SSG, and edge computing principles.
• Expertise in SEO best practices, structured data, and metadata optimization techniques.
• Experience with Express.js or Python for backend development.
• Familiarity with both SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL databases, including database optimization strategies.
• Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or Microservices Architecture.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and QA best practices.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proven experience with data visualization and charting libraries.
• A strong ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Previous experience in the Finance or Web3 startup sectors.
• Hands-on experience with web3.js, ethers.js, and other blockchain-specific libraries.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools for enhancing development efficiency.
• Experience working autonomously in an agile development setting.
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment.
