About the Role

Arj Global is looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on the frontend to contribute to the development of modern, high-performance web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographies. This position is ideal for individuals proficient in React-based frontend development, with practical knowledge of backend technologies and a keen interest in expanding their skills in cloud and data-driven systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance UI components.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and services.
• Contribute to end-to-end feature development across both frontend and backend layers.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure high code quality, implement testing strategies, and perform performance optimization.
• Participate actively in architecture discussions and solution design processes.
• Support deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills (Core Strength Area)

• Strong experience in: ReactJS / Next.js / Angular, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS.
• Experience with: Node.js and REST APIs, State management (Redux or similar).
• Good understanding of: Performance optimization, UI/UX best practices, Accessibility and SEO principles.
• Familiarity with: Git, CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps / GitHub), Testing frameworks (Jest or similar), AI-assisted development.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Python (scripting / data processing / automation).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Familiarity with Docker / containerization and microservices architecture.
• Interest in working with AI-assisted development and data-driven features or analytics.
