Surety Seven Technologies Pvt Ltd, a dynamic tech firm based in Delhi, is seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer. This role is pivotal for driving technical innovation and leading the development of scalable applications. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Next.js, Node.js, and React.js, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to technical excellence across various projects. This position demands a high degree of ownership and hands-on coding expertise in both frontend and backend development.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the architectural design and development of robust, scalable full-stack applications.
- Implement, maintain, and optimize web applications utilizing Next.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Construct secure and efficient RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Ensure applications are performant, secure, and responsive.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, upholding stringent coding standards and best practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues.
- Contribute to technical documentation and system design discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of comprehensive Full Stack Development experience.
- Proven expertise in Next.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms (JWT/OAuth), and API security protocols.
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD tools, and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or similar).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technical modules or development teams.
This is a full-time, in-person position located in Delhi, Delhi.
